Rachel Williams is the Corporate Engagement and Project Manager at WEConnect International. In this role, Rachel provides support to the Director of Corporate Relations in corporate member outreach, member recruiting, committee facilitation and support, and overall membership support as it relates to supplier diversity and inclusion.
She previously worked for the State University of New York in the Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion’s Minority and Women Owned Business Program. Additionally, she held positions at Women Business Enterprise National Council’s regional partner organization, Women Presidents’ Educational Organization in Washington D.C. and New York City.
Rachel earned her MA in Women’s History from Sarah Lawrence College and her BA in Women and Gender Studies from Goucher College. During her academic career, she was involved in student government and her department’s digital publications.Back to the Global Team
