In Switzerland, women's business enterprises that are at least 51% owned, managed, and controlled by one or more women may self-register with WEConnect International. Self-registration is a unique opportunity for women business owners to enter the WEConnect International eNetwork and partner with other women owned businesses. It also allows women business owners to create a business profile in WEConnect International’s eNetwork which is accessed by our corporate members, certified women’s business enterprise (WBEs) and other self-registered businesses globally.

Already, in a multicultural workplace or in international teams dispersed around the globe, tensions multiply when disagreements occur over the smallest of things. In our hyper-connected world (YouTube, Twitter, Facebook etc.), colliding cultures increasingly cause misperceptions and mistrust, affecting worker performance and productivity.
