Feyza ÖZAY established Decoristan Tasarım in 2014. Her company designs and produces both custom and collection marble, glass, copper, gold, and silver plated items for home and office accessories, corporate gifts, and luxury coffee service groups. In addition to crafting beautiful products, Feyza’s mission is to ultimately create meaningful interactions with her customers, while also providing the quality, competitive pricing, and uniqueness that make customers feel truly special.
Certified as a WEConnect International Women’s Business Enterprise since 2016, Decoristan Tasarım has recently secured new business with both Multinet and JW Marriott Ankara. Feyza initially made the connection with Multinet at the Procter & Gamble capacity training program, hosted in collaboration with WEConnect International. Later that year, she was introduced to a buyer from JW Marriott Ankara at a WEConnect International Meet-The-Buyer Event in Istanbul. In following up with both contacts, Feyza says, “I prepared customized sample products to take and exhibit to their teams. Their feedback gave me the right information to help inform my team on how to provide the best, most valuable product for their customers.”
Over the past several years, Feyza and her team have worked diligently to make the most out of their certification; tapping into the vast network of opportunities, connections, education, and community that WEConnect International offers. “I believe in WEConnect International’s energy and synergy on the productivity of women”, says Feyza who notes that the networking and contacts she received through her certification were hugely significant. “WEConnect International provides engagement with many different kinds of women who have experienced different conditions and who have different styles of business….it makes me more motivated to realize the power we all have to be successful.”
In looking towards the future, Decoristan Tasarım is thrilled to continue its projected growth in revenue through the new business connections and continue to increase its brand recognition worldwide.
